Distinct pollutants are now measurable in the blood of an average person.

Modern living leaves a residue your body was not designed to clear

We absorb microplastics, heavy metals, particulate matter, pesticides, solvents and PFAS from the environment every day. The body produces harmful substances of its own alongside them.

Together these act as inflammatory mediators, contributing to chronic low-grade inflammation, circulating immune complexes and autoimmune activity. Conventional detoxification works slowly and leaves much of this behind.

How it works

Plasma is separated, filtered, and returned

INUSpheresis uses double-membrane filtration plasmapheresis. Two access points in the arm let blood circulate through a filter system outside the body while you rest. Proteins, electrolytes and antibodies stay with you. The filtered fraction, called the eluate, does not.

The eluate collected at the end of a session carries a distinctive orange colour. It is a direct, visible record of what the filter held back.
  1. A nurse connecting the primary plasma separation filter1

    Plasma release

Blood is drawn and passed through a primary filter that separates plasma from blood cells.

  2. Amber plasma passing through the fractionator tubing during filtration2

    Precision filtration

The plasma crosses a secondary membrane. Harmful substances are held back while proteins, electrolytes and antibodies pass through.

  3. A patient resting comfortably while cleaned plasma is returned3

    Whole-blood return

Cleaned plasma is recombined with your blood cells and returned through the other arm.

After the session

What people notice

Some feel a little flat for a few hours while the body recalibrates. Energy and clarity typically lift over the following one to two days.

  • Lower toxic load

Over 30 classes of harmful substance filtered out of plasma in a single pass.

  • Reduced inflammation

Inflammatory markers fall measurably within one session.

  • Better microcirculation

Improved flow and oxygen delivery through the smallest vessels.

  • Immune support

Immune function is supported rather than suppressed.

  • Mental clarity

Clearer thinking and steadier energy through the following days.

  • Room to self-regulate

The body's own regulation is given space to work again.

Questions people ask

How long does a session take?
Two to three hours from arrival to leaving, with around two hours of continuous filtration. You can read or work throughout.
Does it hurt?
Only the two needle insertions, which feel much like giving blood. Nothing after that.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people notice a clear change after one or two. Your clinician sets the protocol after your toxic load screening rather than selling a fixed package.
How is this different from an IV drip?
A drip adds nutrients. This removes waste. It is physical filtration of large-molecule substances that the liver and kidneys clear slowly on their own.
Is it the same as dialysis?
No. Dialysis replaces kidney function for people in renal failure. INUSpheresis removes antibodies, inflammatory substances and environmental toxins from plasma in people whose kidneys work normally.
Is it safe?
The equipment is German-engineered and certified, and a specialist team monitors you continuously for the whole session.
Are there side effects?
Some people feel tired for a few hours afterwards while the body recalibrates. Energy and clarity usually improve over the following one to two days.
What is the orange liquid?
That is the eluate: the fraction held back by the second membrane. Its colour comes from the lipids, immune complexes and inflammatory material removed from your plasma.
